Shipping policy

Shipping within the United States

Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Applicable charges appear at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are scheduled to dispatch within 14 days of purchase. Dispatch is when the order ships; it is not the delivery date. Delivery time depends on the fulfillment route and carrier. We email tracking when your order ships.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated window, we will contact you and offer cancellation for a full refund.

For a delayed or missing parcel, email dane.pfeiffer@outlook.com with your order number. We will help investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
